Privacy Policy

InkBridge LLC operates Cuebit as a private-by-default notebook capture product. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how deletion works.

What Cuebit collects

Cuebit stores the information needed to run your workspace, notebook capture history, and result delivery. That includes account details, workspace membership, notebook identifiers and nicknames, uploaded notebook images, generated artifacts, and support communications you send us.

Cuebit also stores operational metadata such as session timestamps, model-routing settings, result retention windows, and device registration details for the iPhone app.

How Cuebit uses information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your workspace and notebook relationships.
  • To process uploaded notebook pages into rendered results and downloadable artifacts.
  • To provide support, investigate abuse, and keep Cuebit secure.
  • To deliver account, verification, and product emails.

Vendors and data handling

Cuebit uses infrastructure and AI service providers to store data, deliver email, and process capture requests. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Customer-facing billing and support pages speak in terms of service categories rather than provider brand names, but we may disclose service-provider categories in privacy notices and support responses when needed.

Retention and deletion

Cuebit currently defaults capture history retention to 30 days and downloadable artifact retention to 24 hours. Workspace-specific settings may shorten or extend those values where Cuebit exposes that control.

You can request deletion through the Account & Data page. If you self-delete your account, Cuebit immediately deactivates access and then purges owned workspace content that can be safely removed without orphaning shared resources.

Privacy rights and contact

For privacy requests, contact us using the Account & Data page or email the privacy address listed on the Support page.

If Cuebit later introduces data-sale or targeted-advertising behavior, this policy and the customer controls on the site will be updated before those practices begin.
