Using Cuebit

Cuebit lets users create and publish prompt-linked skills, bind those skills to physical notebooks, and process notebook captures into rendered or downloadable output. Private workspace content stays private unless you explicitly publish a public route or share notebook access.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive content.
• Infringing or unauthorized content, including intellectual-property violations.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, abuse public routes, or automate scraping against Cuebit.
• Use of Cuebit output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

AI output limitations

Cuebit uses AI systems that can be wrong, incomplete, or refuse to answer. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it, sending it, or importing it into another system.

If a provider explicitly refuses a request for unsafe or abusive content, Cuebit may delete related artifacts, lock the account for review, and require admin approval before access is restored.

Suspension, takedown, and public routes

Cuebit may suspend accounts, unpublish or remove public routes, or restrict notebook/skill access when we reasonably believe content or behavior violates these terms, threatens service integrity, or creates legal or security risk.

Payments and disputes

Additional billing terms will apply when paid notebook bundles, subscriptions, or one-off skill charges launch. Paid flows will use explicit checkout consent rather than relying on this footer page alone.

Except where applicable law says otherwise, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than class or representative proceedings, with either party retaining the right to bring eligible claims in small-claims court.
